Data on demand

Just get the data.

Send us the site and the fields. We quote in 24 hours, send a sample in 3 days, and deliver the full dataset in the format you use.

How quoting works

Scope, sample, full run, delivery.

  1. Day 1 · Scope

You send the site and the fields. We reply within 24 hours: doable or not, price, timeline.

  2. Day 3 · Sample

A real sample from the live site so you can check fields and quality before paying for the full run.

  3. Week 1 · Full run

Scraper built, run at scale, deduplicated and validated against the sample schema.

  4. After · Delivery + fixes

Delivered to your format. Thirty-day fix window if the site changes.

Delivery

In the format you already use.

Tell us where the data should land. One-off deliveries ship as files; recurring runs write straight into your bucket, warehouse or endpoint.

  • JSON / NDJSON

Questions

Data projects, answered.

Is there a limit on how many rows or pages you can scrape?

No fixed limit. Small jobs are a few thousand rows; large ones run into the millions and are scheduled across several days. The quote states the expected row count, and if the site turns out to be larger than estimated we tell you before going over, not after.

Is this legal?

We only extract data the site shows to any visitor without logging in, and we review robots.txt and the terms of service for every job before quoting. If a site prohibits automated access in a way we are not comfortable with, we say so and decline or narrow the scope. How the data is used afterwards is your responsibility; we are happy to talk through common cases.

How fast is delivery?

A quote within 24 hours of receiving the URLs and fields, a sample within 3 working days. Full delivery depends on size and protection: a single unprotected site is usually done within a week of sample approval. Heavily protected or very large sites take longer, and the quote says how long.

Can you run the same scrape every week or every day?

Yes. Recurring runs are quoted as a monthly price that covers the schedule, monitoring and fixes when the site changes. Data lands in the same place each run, with a short run report: row count, new and removed records, failures.

How do you check the data before sending it?

Every delivery goes through the same gates: schema validation against the sample you approved, deduplication on the natural key, a row-count variance check against the previous run or the estimate, and an empty-field rate check per column. Anything that trips a threshold is investigated before the data is delivered, and the run report says what we found.

How do I pay?

Invoices in USD, payable by bank transfer or card. One-off projects are invoiced after you approve the sample, with the balance on delivery. Recurring runs are invoiced monthly in advance. Fixes inside the thirty-day window are free.

Tell us the site. We tell you in 24 hours if it's doable.

No retainers, no discovery fees. A scraping engineer reads every request.
